The Spinifex Hill Project Space supports the dynamic creative practice of the Pilbara region, hosting up to 5 exhibitions per year and a suite of accompanying public programs designed to engage the local community with art, culture and stories. This exciting new building marks a milestone expansion of the Spinifex Hill Studio first established in 2014, which is home to the Spinifex Hill Artists.

Spinifex Hill Project Space has been made possible thanks to generous support from our Principal Partner BHP, Lotterywest and the State Government through the Pilbara Development Commission via the Regional Economic Development (RED) Grant Program, in partnership with FORM. The space's beautiful contemporary design is the handiwork of award-winning Officer Woods Architects, with Cooper & Oxley bringing their incredible vision to life through meticulous construction.
