Chapman and Bailey in association with Spinifex Hill Studio are proud to present Painting Place, the latest group show to emerge from the Spinifex Hill Artists.
Painting Place comprises new works by four of SHA’s leading female artists, Doreen Chapman, Nyangulya Katie Nalgood, Maywokka Chapman, and Gloria, reflecting the rich diversity of painting practice supported by Spinifex Hill Studio.
The title of the exhibition represents the important role that the Spinifex Hill Studio plays in providing a place where people come together in art making and connecting through shared values of family, culture and creativity
