Old Man Painter, held in conjunction with Salon Art Projects presents the third solo exhibition of the late Nyaparu (William) Gardiner.

Old Man Painter represents the first substantial release of Gardiner’s artworks since 2017, featuring 21 works.

The exhibition coincides with a suite of events including the 37th annual National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards (NATSIAAs) and Darwin Art Fair, which is set to go digital for the first time in 2020, and the annual Salon Des Refuses, comprising works submitted for, but not accepted into the NATSIAAs.
